「A cute two bedroom apartment, with a spacious living room. The room was in a safe neighborhood and super clean. Parking was easy and included.」

「Perfect apartment for our stay in Indy during the Apex cheer competition. Very comfortable and cozy. Exceptionally well maintained and clean. Check in and check out where a breeze, the host was great! 10/10 will book again! 」

「The apartness’s nice. We apparently cannot follow directions after midnight concerning getting to the apartment. Getting the key that late was a bit scary too. Easy to get in and out of the garage and it is locked. The bed was horrible because it was very hard. We couldn’t find the volume on the TV remote and then felt stupid when we located it. 」

「There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. They descriminate against young people!!!! They started being nicer to me as soon as I said that.」

「Fabulous loft and location. Quality amenities and furnishings. Only challenge was the ice on stairs and outside door which made a precarious entry and exit experience especially when carrying bags. The dedicated parking space was a treat. 」

「Great experience 」

「Great place, great location, and great host!」

「While the apartment itself was very nice and clean, the area and the building were disgusting. There was human feces in front of the building and the hallway smelled awful. It is regretful that the things that make this location bad are outside of the owners control.」

「Really liked this place and location in Indy. Can't go wrong. Plenty of food, shopping, and other offering nearby.」

「Great stay that was as described. Newly renovated and convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium. Was not cleaned from the last stay when we arrived at our checkin time. The manager dealt with it quickly and apologized. House needs a deeper cleaning but was good enough for a quick trip. Internet was spotty. No windows to the outside world. But it was relatively cheap and easy access to a quick meal at Shapiros. Easy in/out to interstate. 」

「The property manager was very quick to respond. instructions on check in and check out were easy. Place was as listed and clean. We had a party of 6 and the blow up mattress worked out well. Was in town for a comedy show and it was a short walk to all downtown Indy plans we made. Would definitely stay here again! 」
