「Very small cute place. It was clean and adequate for what we needed. The owner left handy items and also food which was very nice like popcorn, milk and butter. We had little dogs so the fenced in back yard was great. It was very cold outside but we stayed nice and warm which was great.」

「Apartment is clean, cozy, and well decorated! We found the large couch to be very comfortable and enjoyed the company of all of the house plants! Owner offers thorough communication, renting from her was a breeze.」

「The property manager was very quick to respond. instructions on check in and check out were easy. Place was as listed and clean. We had a party of 6 and the blow up mattress worked out well. Was in town for a comedy show and it was a short walk to all downtown Indy plans we made. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「We enjoyed the location on this Mass Ave studio for our holiday stay. My daughters had arrived in Indy, but my husband was still getting over Covid. So we needed a place for them to be for a day 2. How fun it was to be right next to Christkindlemart and the amazing Christmas jazz music」

「Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...
