「First of all, I greatly appreciate that the listing stated that it is an apartment on the lower level of a house. We stayed another place that did not fully reveal the house situation.The gas log fireplace was so nice to sit by and the instructions for operation were detailed. 「Hoosier Suite was FANTASTIC! Absolutely spotless and HUGE! Everything looks brand new! The location is the BEST! You can easily walk everywhere. I parked and never moved my car again all weekend. At night it is noisy (across the street from Bluebird) but only for a little while. I would absolutely stay there every time I go to IU!」

「I liked that each family had a separate space to stay. We loved the outdoor area on the second floor where all of the family gathered. It was so nice at night because the little lights all came on & we lit the gas flame burner. We could easily walk to all the shops in town. It was very quiet in the evenings. It was safe for our little guy who was 18 months old.」

「Our family of four enjoyed a great long weekend before school started. The unit was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the rooftop and had several fun evenings making smores. The location was perfect - easy walk to shops and restaurants; short drive to Brown County State Park. The owner was very communicative and responsive. We are looking forward to visiting again!」

「There were 6 of us on a girls trip. This property was wonderful and just as described. The host was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and other events in the area. There is one dedicated parking spot for each unit. It is located in downtown Nashville where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property and the hosts were the best. 」

「Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!」
