「Nice place to stay for easy access to the convention center. Never had to step outside in the rain as we went back and forth all weekend! The parking was easy across the street too. Good communication. Only downside is it sleeps 5, but has one couch that seats 3. We spent hours here in between cheer competitions and would’ve loved seating for all 5 of us to enjoy time at the apartment. Overall, it’s a great place!!!」

「Very small cute place. It was clean and adequate for what we needed. The owner left handy items and also food which was very nice like popcorn, milk and butter. We had little dogs so the fenced in back yard was great. It was very cold outside but we stayed nice and warm which was great.」

「The property manager was very quick to respond. instructions on check in and check out were easy. Place was as listed and clean. We had a party of 6 and the blow up mattress worked out well. Was in town for a comedy show and it was a short walk to all downtown Indy plans we made. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「Excellent alternative to high-priced hotel rooms for work colleagues, assuming everyone gets along. Convention center main entrance is 2 blocks away, variety of restaurants & entertainment within walking distance. Condo itself was very nice, spacious, and the hosts were fantastic.」
