「Loved the experience. Was great for a first time resort goer. Place was massive, so took a little getting used to in regards to navigating. We were supposed to have a butler, but was not able to successfully contact him. But other staff were super helpful and we were able to make reservations in the end. 」

「Barceló Bávaro Resort provided an excellent stay for our family! Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job coming by daily to clean and provide fresh towels. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend making reservations at some of the on-site restaurants—they are definitely worth it! Japanese Restaurants was great! The only small drawback was that we weren’t given a map...

「This place spoils you rotten! Water and sodas are free! Our butler provided some fruit and juices as a gift. There is chocolate and chips in each room as a gift. The grounds are kept beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and attentive.」
