「Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, good food. The hotel has a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant which was superb, breakfast was good too. Across the road from the hotel is a lovely quaint bar called The hole in the wall, i recommend this too, if you don't want a bustling pub full of kids, because this is a lovely pleasant drinking house.」

「This is everything a B&B should be. It's charming and delightful. The host and hostess are wonderful and a delighted. They host a very complete breakfast. And the decor as well thought out. I truly enjoyed my stay there and wish I had stayed a few more days. It's located very convenient to a lot of the sites in the area.」

「Lovely room so able to relax. Good communication from the hotel - it wasn't open the night I stayed but I was sent details of the keypad for the front door & key to the room was available. A list of food delivery options was provided as food not served that night. Tea/coffee in the room plus toiletries. 「I received a free upgrade to one of the Lodges so don't actually know about Davy Cottage. However, the lodge called Owls Nest was lovely. Spacious, well equipped, clean and really comfortable. The view was great. Parking was directly outside. The road is rather pot-holed (not unlike the rest of the country!) and I didn't like the black towels which left lint all over me, but that is really me being finicky! 「We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. 」

「小さな村のとても静かなホテルでした。部屋はこじんまりとしていて、洗面台とクローゼット、テレビとお湯を沸かすポットがありました。お風呂は部屋の外にありましたが、シャワーがなく、バスダブだけでちょっと戸惑いました。。でもちゃんと掃除が行き届いていたので、くつろげました。ホテルの場所は分かりやすいので迷わずたどり着けました。近くにレストランもいくつかあるので食事にも困らないです。ただカードが使えない所が多いので、現金を持っていた方が心配ないと思います。オーナーはいい人で、私は雨に濡れていたので、ドライヤーとアイロンをかして欲しいというと快く貸してくれました。朝食がイングリッシュブレックファーストでちゃんとしていました。この辺りに行くならお薦めです。」
