"Very last minute booking. Recently my mother passed away and I was feeling very down, so my husband booked a surprise trip for me, so we could go to my favourite place in Cornwall. Wonderful greeting when we arrived in the pouring rain, lovely staff (Mandy) and when we needed something a little later on, again, a fantastic reception(Jo),so helpful. In the morning we explained to one of the staff (Mel) that I’d lost mum, as she could see I was upset. How wonderful she was with me, so, so kind. All the staff were very caring. Honestly wish I’d not been so upset but I guess that’s life, but all the staff were absolutely amazing and so understanding. The room was great, with lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom and a fab shower too. Very clean and tidy room and a comfy bed. And the breakfast was amazing too, along with great views of the golf course. We will definitely return and a big shout out to the wonderful staff. "

"Another wonderful stay here! Room was clean and tidy, couldn't fault it at all. Products available also amazing. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all top notch! Service a little slow at breakfast and dinner but food was yummy. Overall an amazing stay!"

"We stayed for a short break of 2 nights. Lovely little cabin at the end of owners' property, not overlooked, very private and absolutely quiet. The only noise came from birds and sheep! In the cabin was everything you'll need such as microwave, toaster and kettle, even one electric hob. Comfy bed and TV with Freeview. Shower of course. No Wifi but my phone worked on mobile data. Lovely owners, available if there are questions. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Lynn xx"
