「外観は、古そうなホテルでしたが、部屋の内装は、新しかったです。スリッパや、歯ブラシなどは、自分で用意しておく必要があります。」

「テネリフェ島の滞在先をサンタクルツかプエルトクルツか迷ったが、フェリー港に近いという理由でサンタにした。しかし街の華やかさやテベレ山登頂にはプエルトのほうがよかったかも。ただ、ホテルからフェリー港へは徒歩５分、バスターミナルまでは徒歩１０分で公共交通機関を利用するのであれば問題はない。レンタカー利用ならもっと選択肢は広がる。ホテルは必要最小限の設備で、値段からみれば文句は言えないだろう。レセプションは当方の旅行予定（テベレ登頂やグランカナリア島へのフェリー情報など）を調べてくれた。周りに好ましいレストランが見当たらなかったのは残念。」

「The hotel is basic a literally a room, reception is via another hotel a few doors up, convenient for shops and transport links. I made the mistake of assuming air conditioning was available but there isn’t any and it isn’t advertised as an amenity so the room was too hot for me. As a suggestion, a fan would be an option.」

「Just stayed one night before getting airport bus. Great central location & had room overlooking a courtyard so quiet at night. Desk staffed 24/7. Room clean & comfortable with ceiling fan & fridge. But no hair dryer & only 1 big & 1 small towel in a double room ( booked for 2) and no breakfast available ( although I think they would deliver something to your room).」

「The hotel is located in the city center of Santa Cruz.There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is big enough and really clean. The bed and the pillows were extreamly comfortable.The TV is very modern and it was really great, that i could watch some different channels, not only on spanish. 「We had a great stay in this modern, clean apartment. The grocery store right below was very convenient too. The only negative was that while the staff did eventually fulfill the couple requests that we had, we found that we had to be very patient. Eg: more than 24 hours to get a couple extra towels for the pool. That was the only issue though and overall we really enjoyed our stay. 」
