"Charming hotel with everything a traveller could want. The hotel itself is beautiful and ideally located. The breakfast is good; there's a warm swimming pool with nice sauna and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and helpful. We can't imagine staying anywhere else -- highly recommend! "

"Some confusion with the description of the room on the website but this does not reflect on the hotel. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. More fresh fruit and gluten free options at breakfast, packaged individual yogurt vs the community bowls would have been more sanitary and an improvement. I did not use the pool or other facilities so can not comment. Very good location. "

"Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Upon check-in, we were met with the friendliest staff who took a genuine interest in our stay and our comfort. The grounds are beautiful, with two pool areas that featured gorgeous landscaping and views of Teide. "The bad: small room, about 16m2, no fridge, no AC. Had to pay to access the safety deposit box in the room. The good: good service and communication. Good staff and cleaning. Excellent gym. Close to the beach promenade. "

"A little tired but mostly clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff. Quite uncomfortable mattresses and the kitchen is not very well equipped. Very well situated however is halfway up a hill so may not be good for those with mobility issues. What you would expect for the price"
