「Good customer service, and friendly staff.」

「A very convenient location near the Laoag airport. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for a airport shuttle service at 4:30am. The staff was also kind and friendly. 」

「I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard...

「This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it. 」

「マッサージをフロントに頼んだが、指定時間に来ず、問い合わせるも、言い訳ばかりで謝りもしない。再度フロントに電話するも（4、5回）今度は出なくなる始末。お客の要望、不満を何とか解決しようというやる気、が感じられなく、フィリピン文化?と割り切るしかなかった❗ 」
