A Big Thank You!!

"We booked this trip for hospital treatment for my husband. It needed to be within walking distance. The Novotel was just perfect. We booked for 2 nights. On the day of departure, whilst waiting for the UBER, my husband collapsed in the foyer. The manager and another member of staff were just amazing. They made him comfortable on the floor and called an ambulance. My husband regained consciousness, and taken to the hospital, 5 minutes away. I cannot say much more but a very big THANK YOU to the Novotel Manager and Staff who were on that shift. They were a godsend. My husband, daughter and myself returned to West Yorkshire safe and alive. Thanks a million to the staff who assisted. From Grace, Michael and Kerryanne"

Great 5 star hotel, great location for river trips

"It is an excellent property, great condition in a beautiful location. I chose for access to Uber boats an over an under land. The pool is awesome, great view too.Due to a booking error we were bumped to a suite. Great views of the harbor, seperate sitting room. Comfy bed, awesome bathroom, modern bidet. The staff were very friendly an polite. There did appear to be communication issues between the depts, (It took 2.5 hours to get out luggage). The handyman was excellent he swapped out our broken fridge. I would stay here again, it's very comfortable, well kept up, an for us a perfect location. ( We love Uber boats on the Thames.)"

"Nice old art deco style hotel (inside at least) which is located in a western part of London. Local access to Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith. The check in was efficient and friendly, the public areas are nicely decorated and appointed. The room was not as small as many London rooms at this price. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. I didn’t have breakfast- there are a few options nearby. I was pleased with the service and the hotel "
