「Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Communication initially on how to get there was lacking, but fortunately they were early in their street and easy to find. We were actually swapped to Chalet #2, so comments reflect that unit. The unit is dated and tired. It is clean, and provides good kitchen resources (except the fridge has no shelves). "緑が多いところは良かった。ただし欠点が多く滞在がとてもしんどかった。宿泊のゲストを大切にしているようには感じれなかった。週2回は遅くまで爆音の音楽でパーティナイト蚊が多いシャワートイレが外なので虫や蚊がしょっちゅう侵入してくる水のボトルを初日以外提供なし部屋がとても暗い。二つの照明のうちひとつがつかずさらに暗いのに直さないベッドや部屋に清潔感がない部屋にwifi がない市内から少し離れている "

"I appreciate the staff cares about guests but honestly I was really scared when a man staff spoke to me when I was getting inside of my room at night. It’s not even late night and I didn’t know where he was spiking to me. I don’t think that’s a good hospitality at all. Disappointed. And no one’s respond when I was checking out even I already told the reception that I have to check out at midnight because of my flight. Totally disappointed. And rooms were not clean. Towels were stinky. No hand/body soup… "
