"I appreciate the staff cares about guests but honestly I was really scared when a man staff spoke to me when I was getting inside of my room at night. It’s not even late night and I didn’t know where he was spiking to me. I don’t think that’s a good hospitality at all. Disappointed. And no one’s respond when I was checking out even I already told the reception that I have to check out at midnight because of my flight. Totally disappointed. And rooms were not clean. Towels were stinky. No hand/body soup… "
