"A little dated, but this property has everything you’ll need. Very kid friendly with multiple pools, one being an indoor/outdoor pool as well as an arcade. Less than 10 minute walk to downtown. Very quiet and safe. Kat at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Visiting Lake Louise for a one day stay. Checked in early, hiked the area and had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant before retiring for the evening. Used the hot tub, it was nice. Room was large and well accommodated. Bed was comfortable."

"Our view was over trash containers so a bit loud in morning earlier than I’d hope. Front desk was amazing!! Super nice and helpful even before we got there. I needed to drop a third night and they were extremely helpful and made it easy!!"

"The hotel was lovely. Only issue we had was the Gondola was shut down as was the restaurant at the top of the mountain. We wish that had been disclosed to us in advance. Otherwise our stay was magical."
