「Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat.」

「It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony. Extremely cold in bathroom and no privacy from living room. Pictures on Hotels.com are nice and starring high but in reality it is...
