"Best location in the center of Zermatt. Very comfortable, we loved it so much. We will surely return. The apartment is small yet perfect for two and is well equipped. We can wven see the top of the Matterhorn from the kitchen window, bedroom and balcony. Wish i would own this small yet comfortable place."

"We are a family of 6 and stayed for 2 nights. Our flight got delayed so we arrived completely exhausted around 10:40 pm. The main door to the building was locked and owner was not responsive to our messages so we were terrified we would be on the street the whole night. "The property was clean, reliable, and as advertised. It's a three minute walk to the downtown area and a five minute walk to the gondola. They provided cribs for our infants and had an enjoyable time. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The onsite laundry was also a bonus. The only minor complaint is the beds were two twins pushed together, but besides that an amazing property."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
