"The rooms are very spacious especially considering japan standards. Well equiped and breakfast is included. Very convenient for public transport -just a few minutes walking to the station. "The customer service here was amazing. Staff were super helpful and made our brief stay comfortable and easy. The location is a little out of the way from the main city of Matsuyama but the waterfront view was absolutely beautiful; made the commute worth it. We requested a taxi back to the airport around 7am and they drove us there themselves, it really saved us the stress and additional cost; we were so grateful. "The property is within walking distance from Matsuyama castle and public transportation. It's also close to really great food options, with an Italian restaurant onsite. Parking is available onsite and has other parking locations close by if the onsite is full. Staff is really friendly and actually helped me with my car rental car issues. The manager Kobayashi san went above and beyond by acting as a liaison, translating my car issues, with the car rental company to resolve the problem. "
