"WOW! This place was so relaxing and the service was top notch. Maria showed us around the complex including access to a footbath and a beautiful, onsen that is available for anyone staying at Kaede to use - you just turn on a light indicating it is in use and others wont bother you. Our room was amazing - it had it's own private outdoor onsen, an indoor wooden bath, and a heated rock bed (warm rock tiles that you can lay on. "スタッフの対応は丁寧で、夕食の時はこちらの食べるスピードをしっかり確認して次の料理を運んでくださったので、ストレスなく食事を楽しむことができました。 部屋風呂がある和室ということで選びましたが、和室でもベッドだったのでスタッフが布団を敷きにくる必要がないぶん、変に気兼ねすることなく思う存分寛げました。部屋数も少なめなので静かでしたし、お風呂からの眺めもよく大満足です。 強いて言うなら、女性2人での宿泊でしたが、準備されていたパジャマ等がカップルを想定していたような気がするのと（問題はなかったのでそのまま使用しました。お伝えすればすぐに対応してもらえたと思いますが）お風呂が2人で入るには微妙に小さかったので1人ずつ入ったので入浴時間が少し物足りなかった、というところでしょうか。 ほかのサイトの口コミでは低評価もありましたが、個人的には本当にのんびりできてとても良い時間を過ごせました。"
