"A little chaotic with lots people in and out. 3 lines to check in and you better know which line you suppose to go to check in. View from the room was phenomenal. Room is very small in my opinion though. Lots options for shopping and eating and activities. One issue we had was central air conditioning. "The place was excellent, and the front desk staff very helpful! My only complaint is that no towels or wash cloths were apparently provided, but I did bring my own, so there were no problems. I would stay at this place again next time I am in Tokyo!"

"It's just 10mins walking to Minato Mirai area. There are a lot of shopping and restaurants. Also to get the nearest train station is just one min.I'd use this hotel again when I come back to Japan!"

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu.
