"Great location, but staff service can be improved. They at first assigned me a room with very poor view despite we paid for the bay view. We had to walk back down to complain about it before they are willing to switch us to another room. We even arrived earlier than check in time, so I think customer service can be improved. "

"Great place to stay. Decent size room. Only complain is that the website says theres a kitchen in the lounge but it's actually just a microwave and oven (same as in the room). You have to go to the lounge yourself to fetch drinking water which is quite inconvenient. "

"We have stayed at many luxury properties, and this is easily one of the best. They have literally thought of everything, it’s hard to describe. As a tiny example, the amenities for taking a bath are two types of bath oils and bubble bath. I know someone would prepare it for you, if you asked. Nothing has been overlooked. "Great location, with Minatomirai station less than 5 min away. Mark Is and Queens Square have everything you'd ever need. The staff were great, and the hotel is beautiful. Def more modern than some of its contemporaries. We will def be staying here again. Cheers"

"Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. Service is wonderful and the location is perfectly placed in the middle of it all just down from Yokohama Station. Check-in was easy and I was in my room in less than 10 minutes after I walked through the door. Amenities are fabulous: they have everything you’d need besides your clothes. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m back in Yokohama this summer. "

"Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby. Their lounge is great! Free drinks (coffe/tea/pop), microwave, lots of tables, and free yokohama playing cards as a souvenir!...
