Close to the Malecon, but those 100 (I counted!) stairs are a bit of a bother so if you have groceries you need a cab. But once you get there you are rewarded with fabulous views."

"My family really enjoyed our Christmas week stay. The living space was very roomy, and beautiful. Loved the washer and dryer! The roof top pool was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, and the nearby funicular really helped with those up hill climbs. We also saw whales in Banderas Bay from our balcony. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested. "

"This boutique hotel is a little gem tucked into a residential area of Marina Vallarta near the golf course. It is a former condo complex turned into a boutique hotel. It has an on-site outdoor cafe that serves delicious smoothies, breakfast, lunch and drinks. They close around 4pm and they are not open for dinner. "A very nice stay. This is a very large house that was or is owned by a famous person. It is on a steep road and the upper rooftop terrace and pool have a great view into the sea. The road leads directly onto the malecón. Fun walking down but a little strenuous going up. Take your time and enjoy the typical neighborhood. "

"The property was colorful from the front door. The check in process was easy. The dogs that live on the property are sweet and welcoming. The room was very nice and stylish with accents and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. "Hard Rock Vallarta will always be our go to in PVR. The music, the activities, the food, the drinks, the room, the beach….all phenomenal!! Special call out to Isrreal who went out of his way to take care of us around the pool, to Samuel who is someone we alway look forward to seeing when we visit and not to mention his amazing team that always takes the best care of us. "The hotel is very clean and the room was nice. The location feels very safe and is great for walking to town. The beach had vendors that would ask you once or twice if you wanted something but then left you alone. The food is alright, I can always find something to eat. The staff take this hotel from good to great!! The service is unreal!!!"

"The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool, especially at sunset. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad, but since you have to go through the other resort, there aren’t areas where you can sit and order food as they belong to the surrounding all-inclusive resorts (unless you pay a day fee). The hotel as a whole is great and we’d stay there again. "
