"Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "

"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. "This location is great if you are going to the Disney parks as it has a pretty efficient and convenient free shuttle. There are a few department stores within walking distance. It is about an hour metro ride into Tokyo station so keep that in mind. The hotel itself has a more retro vibe like a 90’s Californian feel but if you stay high enough in a west facing room (we were on 14) you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear morning and the Disney fireworks at night."
