Located within the private resort community of Innsbrook - this home is located on an 8-acre lake and features a waterfront view from inside, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus tons of lake toys and firewood to perfect your lake home stay. Snuggle up by the fireplace inside, or relax outside on one of two decks that overlook the sand beach! On cooler nights - enjoy our 7-person LUXURY OUTDOOR SPA. You will not find another chalet that is this close to the water! WINTER WEATHER BOOKING POLICY (Dec-February) - 100% refund will be issued if travel to the chalet is deemed unsafe due to winter weather road conditions. RARE AMENITIES to Innsbrook - we also have a washer & dryer, and dishwasher for your added convenience. The Innsbrook resort also features a restaurant clubhouse, Starbucks coffee cafe, golf course, pool with lazy river, workout center, playground, waterfall trails and much more! Perfect space for family get away
We wanted a quick overnight get away as a family before our daughter leaves for college. The upstairs room had king, with twin above and twin pull out below! It fit 4 kids great, could have been fit another. The boats and lily pads were such fun. Landscape lighting was beautiful at night.

Perfection at its finest!
What an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking! There is everything you need right there and the resort is gorgeous! We had an amazing time and will definitely be going back and staying here again. Communication was on point!

Great Weekend Getaway!
My wife and I were looking for a nice little spot for a weekend getaway for ourselves and this cabin was just perfect! Very nice chalet! Very clean and tidy. The hot tub and views were excellent for a nice relaxing weekend retreat! Many friends have already asked for a link to this place and we just returned!

Great 1 Bedroom House
The house was in a remote quiet location on a pretty lake. Very very clean and well appointed. Wonderful firepit and firewood provided. But the second bedroom is actually a loft open to below! Very surprised as the listing called it a 2 bedroom! Overall a great house at Innsbrook!

AMAZING Place!
It was absolutely amazing! The owners have provided everything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to lake toys. They had logs for the firepit and the hot tub was perfect which we enjoyed in the heat of the summer after a short storm. We didn't leave the entire weekend. This is the PERFECT place for a quick getaway. Would highly recommend!

A retreat for our busy family
We rarely left the chateau. Everything we needed was there. Lauren is an exceptional host. She was Kind and we felt very safe. We appreciated how beautiful, relaxing and zen the stay way. A great way for a busy family to be intentional and mindful with nature and our time together. Also, everyone at the resort was so sweet.

Lake Life!
We had such an amazing time relaxing in the lake and in the hot tub! We have 4 kiddos, 14, 8, 2, and 9 months, they were all happy the entire time! There really isn't a reason to leave once you get here but for those who like to get out and do things, there is some decent shopping within a half hour drive and the pool at the resort is a lot of fun too. Highly recommend, we will surely be back!!

Great getaway
The property was terrific. Felt like home. Lauren was a terrific host and so accommodating to meet our special requests. The place was well equipped with everything we needed and lots of firewood ready to use! She also responded so quickly to our questions and comments, which made a huge difference. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving at Innsbrook!

Perfect lake get-away
This A-frame was perfect for a quick family get-away. The place was super clean and stocked with everything thing we needed. Plenty of toys and floats were available to use on the lake, plus a lot of games, puzzles and movies for inside. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day after putting the kids to bed. The resort has a lot to offer from hiking, to golf, concerts and a big community pool. Lauren was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Lake Stay!
Everything was great! The owner was very responsive and helpful when it came to any questions. The chalet was charming and decorated nicely. Beds were cozy and the rainfall shower upstairs was an extra treat. My two little ones under 10 really enjoyed the bunk beds, the old-school Nintendo and the sand and sand toys for playing on the beach. For the adults the view was so relaxing and ease of access to everything was appreciated. Would recommend!

Great rental
We stayed here over the weekend with another family (4 kid, 4 adults). It is well maintained and has everything you need. Outside area was great for Adults and kids. Water front is not too steep and hot tub was a plus. Only down side is it is one bedroom with a lofts. We knew going in and made it work. Plus the oversized couch and air mattress helped. We really liked the bar and sitting area.

Private lake getaway
Better than the pictures, place was stacked with extra amenities. Firewood stack for both indoor fireplace and outdoor pit, clean and cozy hot tub fit our whole family. Only drawback is it’s a 20min ride from civilization if you need anything to eat etc, but great trade off for the solitude. Only (8) or (10) houses share this small private lake. Definitely will be back!

They only things that was not on point was the weather. Even though the rain was off and on throughout our stay the Chalet provided everything we needed to relax. Bluetooth speakers both indoors and out provided 24/7 music. We utilized both indoor and outdoor fireplaces and got our money's worth out of the hottub. The scenery was amazing and we enjoyed the frequent visits from the local wildlife. Lauren was quick to respond and answer any questions that arose. We highly recommend booking and we are looking forward to another stay.

Loved it!
The two teens loved it so much! Many “WOW”exclamations. We could not have been happier. The blue tooth speakers and paddle boards were highlights. The extra air conditioners in each room made it very comfortable in hot temps. From the raccoon hunting across the lake, the fish, the crane, the snakes, the deer, nature was in all of it’s glory.

Dream girls getaway
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The Chalet was stocked with everything you can imagine for a girls trip but also for a family with children. There is not one thing that wasn’t thought of for your stay. The Chalet was super clean, and decorated so beautifully. Comfortable robes were provided after you enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub! The outside deck had a wonderful view! I loved having the outdoor rock speakers to listen to music while sitting outside. Lauren was very responsive and a perfect host! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Would return in a heartbeat!

Lakefront Bliss-Unforgettable Family Stay!
We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this wonderful property on the lake. The cabin exceeded our expectations in every way - it was not only beautiful but also clean and well-appointed. We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the cabin made our trip all the more special. Management was incredibly responsive to our needs and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. It's clear that they take pride in their property and genuinely care about their guests' experience. The views from the cabin were simply lovely. We spent countless hours on the deck, taking in the breathtaking vistas of the lake and surrounding nature. It was the perfect backdrop for relaxation and quality family time. Property itself was beautiful, but the house needs a little attention. The weather was not great for our stay, so we were probably inside the chalet more than others. The upstairs bedroom by the bathroom had a distinct urine smell on the carpet near the Nintendo. The Nintendo also was very touchy & worked about 50% of the time. ( A little frustrating to a child ) Also - the spa did not appear to be professionally cleaned. Sand & dirt were present collecting on each seat in the spa. The spa also had a sulfur/rotten egg smell to it which was a deterrent from using it more than the 1x that we did. Overall - we enjoyed our stay, - house was nicely stocked & decorated tastefully- but thought the owners should be aware of those negatives.

Perfect getaway
We had a really lovely couple days at this place- we were looking for a romantic, cozy spot to spend our anniversary. This hit all the marks. It ended up raining most of the time and the firewood kept us cozy inside enjoying the weather with some board games and drinks in front of the fire. The weather did cooperate for us to get some night soaks in the hot tub. Everything was perfect. Would return!

A wonderful getaway nestled in a serene spot in Innsbrook
We enjoyed a short 2 night stay after our wedding in November and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, clean, and the outdoor space right on the lake was perfect for enjoying a a relaxing sunset and peaceful night in the hot tub. The house is fully stocked with amenities and games and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
