This four bedroom, 3000 square foot, end Townhouse (on the 3rd and 4th floors) style unit has a stunning 1000 sq.ft. wrap-around deck that provides breathtaking views of the ocean and bay. No expense was spared for its professionally decorated upscale interior. The lower level has large kitchen w/granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and 10 ft. breakfast bar. Large dining area and Great Room which opens to a view of the ocean! 6 TVs with 5 DVD/VCRs. The dining area has seating for 10, including seating for 4 at the bar. Concrete, thick-walled construction ensures a quiet, private vacation. Enclosed parking for 2 cars. Private heated outdoor pool w/poolside restroom. The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

Lovely condos
This condo sits in close proximity to the beach and offers several views of the beach. It is nicely furnished and has plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen could be appointed better as we struggled to serve food at the table for lack of large cooking and serving vessels. HOWEVER, if this were my property, I would be wicked angry at the way in which it is maintained. We arrived just as the cleaning women had finished and it was very dirty as we all agreed. If this was my house I would have promptly FIRED them! There is dust on everything, even the utensils in the drawer were dirty., the walls and baseboards haven’t been cleaned, the towel bar and toilet paper holders are falling off the wall in MB, the MB squeaks so much it s disturbing to sleep in, there were chips in several closets and on the floor as well as dust bunnies and hair balls, the rugs in MB were so filthy I washed them myself. If you don’t mind filth, this is your condo. I would recommend to the winners to have a serious conversation with maintenance.

The property was nice well kept and our stay was comfortable. Although, I have few comments/observations: - lock boxes use and instructions worked for one but not for the other - the one that opened was empty? - used one of the codes provided for the lock boxes to open the keypad lock on the front door - no mention of this? - the wifi network name/password provided was incorrect? - wifi network name printed inside the rental correct w/incorrect password? - clearly stated that we need to bring linens/pillows/towels which we did but then someone delivered all those which we didn’t use & left in the rental unopened - related to the itemized charge on the bill? - checkout times in one email said it was 11am in another it says 10am, which is it?

Family Vacation
Great stay with our extended family. Have stayed at the Vista Mar for many years. Love the building and the location. This particular unit had great space, but could use some better maintenance and cleaning. Overall, a great stay. The condo just needs a little TLC.

Terrible, do not recommend
Lock boxes upon entry inoperable. Bed mattresses ancient, master bed felt like a piece of plywood with coil springs attached. Sofa bed mattress was a yellow discolored hunk of rubber,It made me want to puke. It’s a disgrace that VRBO would even list this property. Updates drastically needed. I will not change my review. I told the truth, I will not lie for VRBO.

Really nice place in need of some improvements. Mattresses are very thin - we could feel the springs. Ceilings show past water damage. Deck furniture dated and uncomfortable. And living room coffee table almost fell apart. When we arrived we noted the smoke detectors were disconnected and advised the property manager, but no one ever came to address it. But the weather was great and the whole group had a great time!

Nice with some kinks
It’s a nice place, big, quiet, clean. An impressive condo overall. Could use some maintenance though. Little things like drawers that fall out when you try to open them, noisy older appliances, cheap coffee tables that are wobbly, bedroom doors that act funny. But a couple of bigger things like ants coming from near the fireplace and a leaky ceiling when it rains. They did send an exterminator right away which was good at least. None of these things ruined our vacation, I just think the owners should pay better attention to the state of their property. I’d recommend it however we were only able to afford it because we were there in June. In August it’s more than double the price which is way out of our range and not justifiable given the maintenance that needs to be done. Oh and finally the beds upstairs are just awful, PLEASE get new / more comfortable beds up there. If you are staying here and want good sleep, bring some kind of foam mattress pads for the king and queen beds upstairs!

Manque un peu d'amour...
Le condo est très spacieux, nous étions 3 familles et c'était parfait, cuisine, chambres, salon et salles de bain. Toutefois le ménage laisse à désirer. Les luminaires n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis très longtemps. Des champignons dans les douches, une chance que nous avions emmené des produits nettoyants pour ça! Il y avait encore du sable dans nos chambre et un peu partout. Le robinet de la salle de bain d'en bas coulait. Mais la literie et les serviettes c'était parfait. Les lits sont super confortables! Nous y retournerons si les propriétaires refont un grand ménage et un peu de peinture.
