"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. "I stayed for one night at the end of a business trip. I was in need of a rest and this hotel was just what I was hoping for. I arrived well before check in time, but was shown to the room right away and was given a room upgrade. The next day, my departing flight was in the evening, and when I asked for a late checkout I was allowed to have the room until 4pm, no questions asked.
