「清掃はきちんとされているが、水回りの下水の匂いが気になった。建物は重厚で外部の音はほとんど聞こえない。支払いはチェックイン時に済ませたにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時に再請求された。支払い済みだと伝えても記録がないと言われたが、レシートを提示し事なきを得た。最後に嫌な気持ちになったが、スタッフの皆さんは総じて常に笑顔で感じが良かった。」

「You need staff with more hospitality experience to operate this hotel. The staff simply lacks this critical experience! In simple words, act more like a host to their guests rather than a debt collector running after an indebted man 😊! At least start be helping your guests with their luggage when they are checking in or out 😏. 」
