"The Aloft team was extremely kind on the phone, in-person, and over email. They elevated an already wonderful location and set of amenities to the next level. During an extremely busy weekend they were well-staffed, attentive, and so helpful at every step. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel stay. The price felt like an absolute steal for what we got. Thank you to the hard working team at Aloft Mag Mile - you guys made our trip!! Definitely check out the pub on the corner...

"Very cute hotel, very clean! I would definitely stay there again. All the staff were very friendly. Only things I could complain about if I’m being picky is the pillows weren’t great and they have one elevator going but never had to wait long at all. Overall wonderful stay! "

"Great location, staff was friendly and super helpful. The location was clean and the coffee, tea, and cocoa was nice. The breakfast was the highlight for me, great choices, nice people working and lots of options. The room was nice, but we didn't have any sheets for the sofa bed, and when we took the sofa bed out it had a lot of trash from whomever was sitting previously on it. Everything was great minus the beds. Other than that the place was excellent. "
