"The staff were very responsive and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the shower was large. It was quiet despite being on a fairly main road area. Grocery store and take away food places within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast and dining area was lovely and you can access this area at all times to make a tea or coffee (as there are no facilities for this in the room. A lovely breakfast of cereals, juices, toast, pastries, ham, cheese and cooked foods was included in the price. OEasy parking...

"We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk. "

"Great little guest house in a quiet part of the outskirts of London. Got a good night's sleep there. Comfy bed and clean room. Shared bathroom was also clean. The host Usha was polite and helpful and recommended a good workers cafe for breakfast. Would return. "
