La Selva Beach Haven is a charming ranch style home tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 150 yards from the Manresa State Beach. You’ll have the ease of spending full days down on the sand, soaking in the ample California sun without a care in the world, knowing your own private sanctuary is just a moment away back at the home. When you’re ready to venture out, downtown Watsonville is 6 miles inland, the perfect spot to find incredible restaurants, shops, and outdoor markets. While there, make sure to check out the Callaghan Park Cultural Center and Watsonville State Wildlife Area for even more sightseeing with a side of education. For more options, funky Santa Cruz is less than a 20-minute drive north, while 30 miles to the south you’ll find tranquil Monterey, both offering a unique and vibrant city scene as well as opportunities for water-themed adventures such as whale-watching and kayaking. La Selva Beach, Watsonville, CA
Property appeared to be older but well maintained. Was listed as a house but I would describe it as a townhouse. Kitchen was well equipped and unit was well supplied. I would have given the check in process 5 stars but two days prior to check in I received a notification that I had to provide additional personal information to a third party over and above what I had already given to Grand Welcome. The reservation had already been confirmed and I thought I was done with the check in procedure. This was a surprise and a little irritating. It would not have been such a big deal if I had received the request earlier or been advised by Grand Welcome it was coming. Otherwise, check in was very smooth. On the positive side, on about the third morning, the shower head in the master bath fell off. I texted Grand Welcome about the problem and they had it fixed the same day. I thought that was impressive. All in all, a nice stay, quiet neighborhood, and an overall good experience.

Great place to just chill!
This property is located in the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. We really enjoyed our stay. This home is immaculate and the beds are wonderful. My only negatives are a fireplace that we could not use. Also no bar-b-Que or outdoor furniture on the patio near the dining room.
