"The location is ideal. Staff very helpful. Shuttle service is handy (although we booked a pickup time back from Mascot station-only to have to pay for a taxi back since they weren't there). Please remove the Skeeball arcade game from the dining/lounge area - it is obnoxious to listen to that noise."

"Affordable, close to the airport, quiet considering location, clean. Rooms are extremely small though and the bathrooms slightly annoying to use due to everything being crammed in. Great option for a stay over between flights, would not recommend for an extended stay."
