"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. Thank you Nicole for the great stay! "

"Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. Enjoyed the daily events & activities. "

"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. "Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. "This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. "Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the public beach and many fabulous restaurants right on the water. Perfect place to watch the sunset over the marina. Our host was very attentive and the apartment was equipped with everything you could need for a great beach vacation. We did rent a car so that we could explore the area. Thank you!!!!!!!"

"We booked three excursions through the resort during our stay, which were all amazing and we are very grateful that we were able to do them The transportation was seamless. It was arranged to be picked up and brought back. The excursions were easy to book. They were well explained they ran for the appropriate time. We never felt rushed The food was amazing. We dined at four of the restaurants. The two things that topped our trip was the staff and entertainment, as well as as the cleanliness and the breathtaking area that we were in on the resort It was exceptional!"
