"This was our first time in Paris and it was a treat to stay at Jacques’ apartment! The location is perfect - so close to the Metro and great cafes/restaurants. It was also a bonus to have the Monoprix just down the block. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV but the wifi worked great (although the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms). It would have been nice to have a few more towels since we were there for 1 week but otherwise...

"Wonderful apartment! We had everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!"

"Great communication with host at anytime. The location is near some of the major attractions. Cafe's half a block away, safe area. Comfortable bed. Shower nice. Kitchen well stocked. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you could want. Short walk to the Tulerries and the Louvre plus transit stations - subway and bus. There are several restaurants right on her street and a small market across the street. With that proximity, people are out at night so bring earplugs. We slept great - the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a modern shower."

"Should be a "how to" manual in the place"

"Apartment was in good location. Close to everything. One problem was bathroom/toilet door kept locking people in. Also, 10:00 am is a bit early for check-out. Usually 11:00 a.m. is the standard check-out time. "

"Paul was there to meet us for check in and take us around the apartment. You can tell there is a lot of care put into the place, and he just finished treating floors before we arrived. Very clean. Bathroom drain was slow to drain water after showers, but everything worked well. Fantastic location for touring the city. "

"As others have written, the apartment is as good or better than the photos. It was comfortable for two couples and had space for more. The location is excellent, both for the Marais, and for enjoyable walking over to the Left Bank. It’s thoughtfully decorated too. All in all, a great place. "

"The apartment is comfortable, private and ground level with an easy entrance and exit. The bathroom is modern with a very good shower. We stayed for a week and would do so again. Fantastic location. There was one small window into the courtyard, so no view. The Property manager is wonderful and so helpful. Check in and out at the Pizza restaurant next door. Best pizza ever!"

"Quaint and quiet apartment in an awesome location. Steps away from Mamiche bakery and lovely restaurants, and a quick walk to Sacre Coeur. The owner was responsive and helpful. "

"Just completed a wonderful 2 week stay at this location. Apartment was well appointed and had everything I needed especially the washer/dryer. Location is fabulous with several metro stations within a 10 minute walk. Owner was easy and helpful. Many restaurants and bakeries nearby as well as grocery stores."

"Our check-in process was smooth & the owner was very communicative and efficient. The apartment is as described online. There were 2 issues upon arrival, one that the owner shared ahead of our check in and he was able to address them the very next day. The only downside was some street noise on our first night as there are businesses located on the same street and the first night, there was a truck loading & unloading. "

"The apartment itself is clean, but not the overall building. The corridor of the building is dark and be careful to up and down via stairs. The location is good for walkable restaurants and nice shops. Because of these convenience, it is indeed a lot noise until midnight, but one bedroom is a lot more quite."

"Sisters from the US meeting in Paris for one week stay. Paris did not disappoint! From the walkable city to the Eiffel Tower, we enjoyed every minute! Our stay in this perfect apartment in a great neighborhood gave us all the feels of Paris life. Can’t wait to come back! So much more to see. We choose this apartment because my daughter and her friends stayed here. We would highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Good location for being near the station but overall a very unsafe area. Room was rundown and old furniture. The window/slanted balcony was nice. And the staff was friendly. Bag storage was useful before and after checking in and out. "

"Hotel was in an excellent position to get to Disney, literally 2min on the train which is right outside the hotel. It was €2.20 adult and €1.10 a child each way. Rooms are dated and lighting was poor in the living room (no main light) everything you would need in the kitchen including a dishwasher and tablet's! Large clean bathroom and bed was comfortable. Rooms lovely and warm. Will definitely stay here again when visiting disneyland!"
