「Aurelien was an irreproachable host. He came whenever we needed him, even for minor things. The apt is wonderfully located in a warren of ancient curving streets just off the quai. Grocery stores are 2 blocks away; another two blocks and you're at Place Maubert, with an excellent bakery, charcuterie, butcher, fishmonger, cheese shop, etc. The apt's finest feature, a big terrace, we could not really use, since it was January. The apt. was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. Building felt secure and safe. Quiet neighbors, safe neighborhood. There is a virtual book that will show you exactly how to run all the appliances, which I found to be very thorough. A quelques pas de l’immeuble, vous trouverez une excellente boulangerie, des petits restaurants , des supermarchés ( Franprix, Lidl, Monop…). Vous pouvez vous rendre à Paris en empruntant le métro 13 à partir de la station Garibaldi qui se trouve à 8 minutes de marche de l’immeuble.Nous reviendrons certainement.
