"We would like to respond/add to our review of Jan 15. Of course we realize that hotel rates vary based on dates/demand. However, the hotel was considerably vacant throughout our entire stay, as we were there after the holiday season ended in January. We were also able to verify the rate difference between the higher rate we paid at the desk and lower rates charged online on multiple websites and on multiple occasions, so this is something other guests need to be aware of."

"All and all very good stay. Great location with very helpful staff. Cool older building. Great new bathrooms. Giving the 4 star instead of the 5 for two reasons. One is the bed and bedding wasn’t the most comfortable and nothing can be done about that. The other thing is my room that should have had a great view actually had a mesh billboard blocking the entire view. If booking make a request to not get one of these rooms. Happy overall."
