Welcome to Bella and Dulce's Lakehouse! This freshly remodeled retreat offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. Enjoy the serenity of a private wooded lot while taking a dip in the refreshing pool or roasting marshmallows by the firepit. Inside, the designer kitchen is a chef's dream, and the 4 BDs and 3 full BAs ensure comfort for all. Cozy up by the gorgeous stone fireplace or relax on the screened porch. Just 90 minutes from Chicago, this lake house is your ideal escape.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 dogs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Awesome property
I have been renting in the area for years. I have never found a place as nice as this one. It is incredible. Everything you could need and want from the kitchen to the screened porch to the bedrooms. amazing. We could only stay two nights......but I wish I could live here. You will not be disappointed. I can not tell you one negative thing and Diana was great to work with.
