"The property was beautiful but the rooms were a bit behind the times. There was a TV but not a smart TV. The bathroom shower produced luke warm water. Behind the bedside tables were very dusty when I plugged in my power cords. Again the the property and amenities were great but for the price I excepted the rooms to be updated. "

"We were in the "victorian" side if the hotel. Weirdly, all the light switches were waist high. The onky rwal problwm was an unclean towel that had a giant wad of hair on it. But, it was addressed with staff and we got a free breakfast as compensation. Overall great stay. "

"This is a great value hotel for the price. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Our room was clean and well maintained. The European buffet was reasonably priced. We were put into a handicapped accessible room with everything low to the ground. Probably the beds could’ve been more comfortable, but other than that, we had a pleasant stay."

"The Park Hyatt is a great hotel in a lovely neighborhood, and with a terrific pool. Service was uniformly excellent. But it has held on to the irritating habit (now abandoned by most top hotels, especially in European cities) of having a minibar that, if you move an object (say, to cool the bottle of room-temperature water that is provided to guests) you are immediately charged. In my case,$49, which I happened to notice on my electronic checkout. The woman at the front desk kindly removed it...

"Not sure if the property is having plumbing issues but my room in the 4th floor had constant plumbing noises throughout the duration of my stay. Like a gurgling noise. The water in the shower gave off a sewage odor. The light switches in the bathroom were filthy..caked up black and brown stuff in the crevices. Quite off putting "

"Hotel Convenent Review I recently stayed at Royal Sonesta and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the metro train station, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which was a big plus. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable environment to unwind after a busy day. The front desk staff stood out for their friendliness and accommodating attitude, always ready to assist with any requests. The only downside was the bed, which was much too soft for my liking. I found myself sinking into the mattress, which made it difficult to get comfortable and led to a restless night’s sleep. Despite the issue with the bed, I would still recommend Royal Sonesta for its prime location, great service, and clean accommodations. Just be mindful if you prefer a firmer mattress!"

"This is a very nice hotel, it has very nice hotel lobby and a restaurant. Good size room, the heater works but the hot water in the shower doesn’t really get hot. bed is ok but the pillows are terrible very uncomfortable because they are high and hard really hurt my neck. The location is good enough, 15 minutes ish to George Town, 10mins ish to subway, otherwise nothing else is close by. "
