"My favorite place to stay in DC. The staff are always amazing. So friendly, professional and attentive. I did experience a few negatives this time. No room upgrade was offered and was supposed to be. I also had to ask about my Expedia VIP bar/restaurant credit. Slow on getting ice; wish I could get my own. One beside lamp didn’t work. But I will still be back! Can’t beat the high end service and location. "

"We loved the room setup - very functional and spacious layout. The amenities are nice, and the little touches like hot apple cider were great. Very nice gym for a hotel. Central, walkable location, and being around the corner from a Whole Foods and having a little fridge in the room made eating healthy while traveling that much easier. My only complaint - we were on the third floor on the front side of the building facing 16th, and the traffic noise was VERY loud. We kept thinking a window must...

"I loved the property and its proximity to M St & Wisconsin Ave, the main streets in Georgetown. Their checkin is not until 4pm which hindered our ability to get to our function, but the property, room with a balcony, rooftop & speakeasy bars were great!"

"The location of the hotel was perfect . We were a 5 minute walk from Union Station . The hotel itself is nice. . The lobby has been decorated for the holiday . The rooms are spacious and the beds are made each day . Each room has a robe, umbrella, and a yoga mat. The front desk staff was not kind or helpful except for one helpful man who seemed to be the manager of the housekeeping staff . The front desk was unfriendly. No one even bothered to tell us which floor our room was on, how to connect...
