"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. "We had a very happy time. Spacious house, lovely warm pool, excellent facilities. Paid extra for rather old towels and some carpets need a clean but these were incidental to a lovely holiday. Despite our expectations, no one came to clear them, leaving us to manage our waste in an already congested space. "The house was very tidy and nicely placed and furnitured. It was very quiet and peaceful. Only the mosquitos and the heat, made it harder to relax. "An absolutely amazing holiday destination, villa is spacious with a stunning overflow pool and the views are breathtaking. The beautiful village of Bormes is minutes walk away with great restaurants and a fabulous market every Wednesday. "Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "

"The villa is very spacious, clean, and extremely well equipped. Nicole was so kind and helpful in assisting us with the house etc. The pool and surrounding area is perfect. The village of Giens is so nice and picturesque. great bars and restaurants. And the little train is perfect to visit the beaches - which were amazing. This was a great holiday and I would have loved to spend longer and would love to return. Thankyou so much"
