"Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. "This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. The pool and communal areas were also gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. Staff were great also. The afternoon snacks were delightful and a really appreciated extra. The fresh lime soda from the bar was amazing. It is quite noisy as it is in the middle of the town so cars horns and dog barking...

"Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail"

Special thanks to Swaralaya

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel - my room was large with a beautiful view of the pool, and the food was delicious. The staff were so courteous and helpful. I’d like to give special praise to Swaralaya - I was taken ill one day with an anaphylactic attack. By this point, I was alone, as the rest of the group I was travelling with had left. Swaralaya looked after me, calling an ambulance, and accompanied me to hospital. She stayed with me in the emergency room, and returned to visit me with fruit the next day. When I returned to the hotel, she helped me pack my suitcase. She was so calm and attentive, assisting me at a very difficult time."

Very good hotel, ask for quiet room!

"Very attentive and friendly staff. Room was very good and bathroom excellent. Slight issue with location of room which overlooked warehouse with trucks reversing constantly so alarms sounding most of the night. Will stay again but in a quieter room please!"
