「This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. 」

Le petit déjeuner est complet avec de beaux produits et la demi-pension le soir est de bonne qualité avec un service impeccable ; dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une entrée et un plat qui change tous les soirs pour les clients qui restent 7 nuits et des vins locaux un peu moins chers ?」

The Lobby quite spacious, rooms spacious by European standards, the dining is superb, 3 restaurants in hotel with large patio service, superb profession service, and the chef preparations for dinner exquisite, gymn, pool, sauna etc. Staff very friendly and professional, would return. & best of all SKI IN/SKI OUT !!! For us skiers. Magical vacation for my wife & I. 」

「Nice hotel in a good location. We were B&B, breakfast had a good selection, however food was warm, not hot and baked beans were stone cold most mornings. As we were B&B we decided we would pay and try dinner one night. We were glad that we hadn’t selected this option. Again the food was warm at best and variably not worth the €35 pp we had to pay for the experience. In summary, nice hotel, service and staff were good, food needs improving. 」

「Lovely Alpine hotel. Amazing skiing after a 24” snowfall ❄️. Rooms are small but have adequate storage allowing you to stow your bags to free up floor space. Bar, restaurant and petite dejeuner were necessary as there are few restaurants in the immediate area. The food in the restaurants was well prepared and servers attentive. Everyone working at the hotel was helpful and friendly. 」
