「This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. 」

Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. 「Nice hotel in a good location. We were B&B, breakfast had a good selection, however food was warm, not hot and baked beans were stone cold most mornings. As we were B&B we decided we would pay and try dinner one night. We were glad that we hadn’t selected this option. Again the food was warm at best and variably not worth the €35 pp we had to pay for the experience. In summary, nice hotel, service and staff were good, food needs improving. 」
