"Had a wonderful stay! Thomas, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in getting us set up, and went as far as upgrading us to a larger suite, which accommodated us so well. Everyone was super pleasant to work with and we felt welcomed and safe! Will definitely look for W's in the future for booking! "

"The hotel is beautiful. The room decor is all nautical theme and it's great. We had room service, and the food was wonderful. My only issue, I asked for butter twice for my breakfast and never received any. But this hotel is close to everything and super comfortable. "

"We stayed in room 426. It had a lovely view of the park and the Salem Witch Museum. We loved the room, it was clean and comfortable. There was free apple cider in the lobby and lots of places to get food nearby. "
