"I stayed here with my teen son. We loved this hotel. Very reasonable price and convenient for USJ visit, for trains and ferry service to the aquarium - Both within 5min walk. Check in staff were super friendly and helpful. Storage for bags was offered so we could continue to explore after checkout. Room was clean, tidy and super well equipped. Beds were a little hard compared to home, but after huge days out and about this was not an issue. Cute decor with ‘Minions’ statues and pics....

"A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird.
