Good stay for the price. Looked just like the room online. Door opened up to a bit of water. Room got a little hot, but nothing to complain about — cranked the AC up! Would recommend !!

Refused to stay at the property once we got there. Very dirty. Bedding was stained and floors were slippery and filthy. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Bij de oprit van een brug word er meer gas gegeven en dat hebben we gehoord en gevoelt. Er waren wegwerkzaamheden maar ook aan het verblijf waardoor het voelde alsof we in een niet compleet hotel zaten. De mensen zijn wel super vriendelijk. En ondanks de middag incheck. Konden we toch al eerder in de kamer. De dame achter de receptie heeft ons van handige tips en info voorzien waar we goed gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De fotos komen niet meer overeen van wat er daadwerkelijk is. Dus dat vond ik een beetje misleidend. Toch nog bij het zwembad gelegen. Maar ik wilde er niet in zwemmen.

First off, there is MAJOR road construction right in front of the hotel. The rooms themselves are basic hotel rooms. Property needs some TLC, it could be a great place, but not til construction is done. Smaller pool is nice, but with construction right outside, it is noisy. The front desk clerk was nice. Don’t quite understand why they want $200 deposit for key and possible ‘damages’ but I did get reimbursed promptly. Would I stay here again? No

Room was very small, opened front door and you literally walked into the bed. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Napkins were taped to the wall behind the headboard, I guess to stop it from banging the wall lol. Other guest were sitting at the table outside our bedroom door late at night. Place is need of a lot of repairs. Definitely not a 300.00 plus a night room.

We had a room on the water that had a nice patio with a table and chairs for dining and watching the sunset. Comfortable bed and easy parking. The air conditioning was quiet however a bit challenging to manage. Overall, a 10!

The room was old, small but there was a full sized refrigerator (?) taking up considerable space. No room to place toiletries in the bathroom and furnishings were tired appearing. That said the view was great overlooking the canal and the folk working there were very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Back area by the water was so nice. Peaceful and saw manatee. Parking is not paved but still ample parking for units. Front desk was helpful with food suggestions.

Great place, beautiful view of the creek behind our room, even saw a Manatee! Staff was very friendly and informative my room was large & beds very comfortable, it was very quiet. I only saw one pool (they have 2) and it was very clean and nice. There were only a couple issues I had 1. No hot water - It gets lukewarm if you wake around 5am but otherwise fridgidly cold! Sadly made showering impossible. 2. The TV connection wasn't great, the shows skipped or went to a screen saying "no connection" every 5-10 min. 3. Floors weren't terribly clean-I had to toss my white socks when I got home. But everything else was very clean. However, for what I needed it was liveable and I will happily stay here again!

This hotel has a freeway on one side and a waterway on the other. The canal is full of fish sharks and dolphin and manatee. Amazing! But the freeway roars the whole time. And some of the staff would not allow me to have a towel without leaving my ID. And they were often rude and dismissive. The property texted me to see if I would be checking in early. So then I replied yes I willl check in early. Then I arrived to find that the place was mostly empty but they kept saying the room wasn’t ready. They leSo wonderful and so crappy at once.

Front door opened right on the water, with boat hook-ups if needed. Quiet and clean room, car parking was a little cozy, but spaces were available. Non-smoking was much appreciated, but our neighbors smoked on their front porch, so the wind blew it right onto our front porch. No sitting or even having the door open if they were out smoking.

This property has potential however the office staff was abrupt and the property was filthy. Garbage and cleaning supplies were laying everywhere including toilet paper by the steps to go up to the second floor. In addition it was alarming to see and smell employees smoking pot on the grounds.
