"House was perfect for our family of 5. 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds in each. Comfy lounge and kitchen area. House was close to restaurants and parks. Perfect place for a Sydney stay. "

"Let's start with what knocks this from a 5 to a 4. My wife is a neat freak. She first noticed the crums under the toaster and food scraps in the utensil drawer, couch wasn't cleaned with whatever slips inbetween the cushions and dead bugs behind furniture that can be easily moved and vacuumed. The kitchen needed more furniture. The towels left for us looked like they were washed and left to dry in the machine. The cotton towels had the consistency of sandpaper. "Property is in great location near restaurants and transport and easy to get around. Even though on a very busy street the house is sturdy and well insulated so noise not an issue. The art and furniture in the house were lovely and pleasing on the eye. All 3 mattresses and all pillows were of a very poor quality and uncomfortable. "The house is in a really nice location for seeing the sights and attractions of Sydney. It's a very pleasant house to come back to after a day out. The beds were comfortable. The car space was also very useful. The neighbourhood is pleasant with coffee shops and pubs etc. Perfect for those who need somewhere comfortable to stay in a great location but who also plan to spend a lot of time out and about."

"Our whole family stayed at this property. The location is wonderful - walking distance to train/bus lines that connect you to downtown/beaches. There are yummy places to eat within walking distance. The property layout is very unique with 3 levels - each with a porch that overlook an indoor courtyard. That said we had 2 issues - #1 downstairs mattress was not acceptable - hard and worn, #2 we found multiple large spiders and cockroaches in the house. We appreciated our stay and would stay again...

"We loved the area, very bohemian and walking was easy with lots of local shops. So interesting. Great coffee across the street, fast food and pastries. The hotel itself is old but the area made up for the lack of modern accommodations. We would not hesitate to return."
