First, terrible AC for summer. Blower would barely work, maintenance insisted I live with it, could not change rooms, making it hard to sleep. Second, parking underneath building extremely tight turns. Rental just small Hyundai I30, barely make turns, proximity sensors constantly going off. Even going super slow, careful, still scraped car. Think twice, seriously, of bringing a car. Better yet, choose another hotel in the area.

Room was not cleaned properly on arrival. Asked housekeeping to clean, never did. Found medicine and hair from previous guest in bathroom, pee on toilet, room was very dirty. Yuck!. No toilet paper or towels, had to ask reception to send up (i shouldn't have to do this!). Shower was disgusting, covered in black mould. Night staff couldn't be bothered and were very nonchalant when asking for anything. . Location and cafe at front of the bulding was the only good thing about the hotel.

Great hotel in a trendy spot. Just be aware that it's in a very queer neighbourhood which can be a good thing if that's what you are after, but not if you are conservative. Very safe and friendly area.

room’s phone was not working so it was very inconvenient to speak to the reception or housekeeping

The design of the room is quite poor. As much as the bathroom looks very modern, there is no privacy due to opacity of the glass walls. The room design also meant there was little natural light coming into the room.
