Rang earlier on the day to book parking. Was told it was okay just to come to reception on arrival and will be directed where to park. However when I arrived I was then told there was no parking and was directed to park on the street in an area that I had to move my car by 8pm. Not good enough

The room I stayed in was very close to traffic intersection on ground floor. The constant beep beep beep of the walk light was quite intrusive at night. Access to the laundry facilities was terrific.The housekeeping crew did a fine job.

It's a cozy place to stay. They gave me the warmest welcome to Australia even before I got there- my flight was delayed by a day so I called them to figure out logistics and they were very helpful. Super accommodating and friendly.

We only stayed the one night, needed to be close to the RPA. Management was excellent allowing early checkin, and helped me when I needed to print out an important document. Loved that it was walkable distance, that it had a little kitchen area and balcony. On the downside the elevator was broken (it happens), and there was no sound proofing. One of the noisiest places I’ve stayed at.

Wonderful staff and helpful owners. The room was immaculate and the bed fantastic. We had the family room. The hotel is not central but very well connected to the centre via very fast and frequent buses.
