"Staff was amazing. Location was great, near Lawson convenience store. Breakfast was good. Less than 10 mins walk to Kawaguchiko station. If you have luggage, you can call them to arrange for shuttle pick-up. You can also book private onsen for an additional charge."

"Grand old place in need of a big clean, but absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff were fantastic; friendly and helpful. The dining room and food stations were unbelievable. A pianist was playing during dinner. It was amazing. Nice hot Onsen too. One was outside overlooking the ocean. Very special. I loved that I could have the window open. The room was so spacious and the view was incredible."
