The Lodge at Spruce Peak is at the base of Stowe Mountain Resort, in Stowe, Vermont. Ski-in, ski-out. We have a luxurious 615-square-foot ONE-BEDROOM condominium with a SEPARATE BEDROOM with a door that features a king-sized bed. Our unit was completely renovated in November 2022, with new high-end furniture, mural, drapes, and carpeting. We feature all new Frette sheets and linens. Also, most of the units at The Lodge are studios that have a standard single-room hotel configuration. Ours is one of the few true one-bedroom units available outside of the Hyatt rental program. There is a new luxury sleeper sofa in the living room that will accommodate two guests; we also have a portable mattress that will accommodate a third guest. Note that our unit can accommodate five (5) guests vs. four (4) maximum in a standard Lodge hotel room) and we INCLUDE the daily resort fee which will cost you $45.00 per day extra if you rent from Hyatt. There is NO RESORT FEE or COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT. We offer complimentary self-parking for one (1) vehicle in a parking facility on Hourglass Drive. The rate for valet parking is $35 per night as of 9/1/23 which is payable to the Lodge. We offer our unit at a significant discount because you will rent directly from the owner and not the developer rental pool which has higher all-in rates. We have also installed two new 4K UHD TVs which can stream Netflix and HBO from your electronic devices. This condominium is in pristine condition. Please note that we do not permit pets. You have access to amenities and features of The Lodge at Spruce Peak including the pool, hot tub, room service, and restaurants. Fitness center and spa access are available for a $125 fee, subject to the policies of the Lodge which may limit access during peak periods. Our unit is in the main building (North Tower) and is convenient to the lobby, restaurants, and ski/recreation valet. Our unit is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs if you prefer not to use the elevator. We are one minute from the ski valet, restaurants, and front door. There is complimentary EV charging (Tesla Super Charger) available at the Lodge. Rates and minimum stay requirements are higher on holiday weekends.
The Stowe Mountain Resort was purchased in 2018 by Vail Resorts. This sale led to the name change of the Stowe Mountain Lodge to The Lodge at Spruce Peak. Hyatt Hotels is the new manager of the Lodge. Skiers can use the Epic Pass to ski at Stowe and all Vail Resorts at discounted rates.
