Hurricane update 10-29-2024 - as of today, roads are open, power is up and running, Wi-Fi is working, Elevators are working, Beach is open, and the pool is open with the pool heater installed yesterday and it is currently warming up the pool. We will soon get an update on when the lazy river, slides, and kiddie section will be open for use, but repair date is currently unknown.
Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

The fantastic Harbourside at Marker 33 is a Waterfront condo development in Indian Rocks Beach Florida that has an onsite Water Park (Splash Harbour), complete with slides, a lazy river, and a Tiki Bar!
This lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath unit is 1110 square feet and sleeps up to 8! Four DAILY water park passes are included for the duration of your stay. Six additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discounted rate.
The Primary Bedroom has a King-sized bed, and master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, and ensuite bath has a tub-shower combination. For guests' number 7 and 8, the living room has a pull-out sofa.
It is a 3-to-5-minute walk to the fabulous Indian Rocks Beach that has been voted as one of the BEST Beaches in the WORLD!
There is an in-unit washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, complete with cutlery and cooking utensils. Towels and Beach Towels are provided. We supply start-ups of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods.
THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS IN THE PARKING GARAGE THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR (elevator #3), BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. YOU WILL WANT TO TAKE ELEVATOR NUMBER 3 TO THE SIXTH FLOOR.
You will be astounded by the fantastic views on the 6th and 7th floor sun decks, where you can soak up the warm Florida SUN!
The Waterpark and its lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.
Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is around a 10-minute drive! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Let's not forget that Clearwater Beach is around a 10–15-minute Drive as well!
Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.
4 DAILY water park passes are included, and there is also a sun set deck located also on the same floor as this unit.

Free garage parking is available for our guests, one space only in garage, with parking pass on dash. Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.
You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount per day, per guests).
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Check in is any time after 4PM.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
