"Lovely place to stay "

"The hotel was lovely and the facilities were great. We loved the swimming pools and breakfast was delicious. Our family room (6136) with a sea view balcony was a lovely place to spend our week in Malta. The only criticism was that the bathroom was tiny and the way the door opened made it quite difficult to get in and out. There was a lot of "dead space" outside the bathroom that could have been used to make this bigger so the decision to leave the bathroom so small when the bedroom was so large seems odd."

"We stayed for three nights at the Mayflower hotel. It's ideally cited to access the buses to travel about, or Bolt/Uber if a cab is wanted. There are lots of good restaurants and bars within a short walk. The entrance is welcoming and spacious with seating areas and the usual tour desk, but we didn't go on any tours as our primary visit was to relax. The room was perfectly comfortable with plenty of space and we really enjoyed the sky deck and breakfast! The sky deck is a calm place to relax with views over the surroundings 360! It was a bit too chilly for us to go into the infinity pool but other people did. The breakfast is first class! Lots of variety and very well presented. It's replenished frequently and the staff are very quick to clear and clean tables. Other reviews had made a point that the food was not very hot, but there's a microwave for guests to use so this has been addressed. The management clearly read reviews! The staff are all friendly helpful and polite. The general upkeep is very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here for lots of reasons. Right on St Paul’s Bay, we booked a sea view room which had a glass balcony so you could see the water from the room too. The styling of the hotel is quirky and eclectic, with its dark interiors and mood lighting. The room and bathroom is a great size with lots of storage, and a big circular bed with deep buttoning. The restaurant was excellent- really great quality food. The bar has a pool table, sports screens and a nice atmosphere. Both have great views as you are right on the water. The staff were very warm and welcoming. "

"The staff were amazing and so helpful. My son has multiple allergies and they made special meals for him and were very attentive, especially a manager Sarita who would always check in on him. This made all the difference and it was a perfect place for a family holiday, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself, as did we!"
